API链接提取格式

API即URL链接，用户需要支持API读取功能，定期从URL中获取代理IP信息，格式如下：

默认支持文本示例：125.123.126.50:20151

JSON格式（在URL后面加上 &format=json，返回JSON格式）

URL后面可加参数 &part=分隔符，分隔符需使用URL转义
